Much better than our weekend!

Our weekend just stunk in a major way with a few moments of cuteness sprinkled here and there. I was going through a cute withdrawal... good thing Mary put this up this morning.

I think I can make it today now!

Happy Spring, again!

Yeah! Spring!
If it wasn't raining, we'd be outside doing this..

Yes, the boys go for short periods without food on their face! But not for a lack of trying on their part.

I had to move to get back in the sun.

Busy busy busy.

Jimmy was busy, too. Too busy to get a good picture.

OK... so it's not spring yet...

Confusion is floating around these days...

I realized first that spring doesn't start until next week.
And them no one seems to agree as to what this plant is... I figured some better pictures could help.

Azalea? Camellia? Rhododendron? What is it?

Whatever it is I will have a lot of them! Look at all the buds!

And it is as tall as the house! All those specks are half-dollar sized buds!

Not to be outdone, this tree is blooming in the front yard!

We have Grandma Sue here for the weekend, so there is lots of spoiling and snuggling going on!

Happy first day of SPRING!

This pretty bloom popped open just in time for the first day of spring.
I don't know what type of tree this is, but I will have plenty of time to figure it out...

As you can see, there are hundreds of blooms getting ready to go !

I picked up new fancy outfits for the boys, too!
They are so cute ( the outfits and the boys...)

Octopus - it's what's for dinner

Do you all know what this is?

It's an octodog and I have wanted one of these for years. I kept telling myself I could get one when I had kids, so now I could order one for myself, um I mean for the boys!

It makes these.

Joey likes to eat the arms individually after he rips them from the head.

Awesome!

Be prepared for some octo-carnage!

Yummy!

Jimmy's getting crafty

Jimmy tries to help when I am trying to have a moment to stitch...
I have ordered him some cute lacing cards, but while I waited for them to arrive, I taught Jimmy how to sew on some scrap gingham.

Look how proud he is...

He didn't do half bad for an almost three year old!

Now, is this a nice glass coffee table

Or a really expensive teething toy?

Joey practices his balance with this move, picking up toys while standing.

The tounge has re-emerged. It has been out for a day or so, there must be a tooth on it's way...
